Upload to Flickr and Convert Files to SRGB

When I use the upload function it converts my NEF files to JPG RGB files. The colors look flat on an iPad. If I save the files and JPGs and check the sRGB box and then upload to Flickr the colors look fine on my iPad.

Could you post two example images, one produced by each method so I can look into their metadata?

And can you tell me which version of Photo Mechanic you're running and what OS you're running it on?
