in windows i hit escape and it took me out of the main page - how do i get back, hitting escape again doesn'e help
Main page? Photo Mechanic has two main windows: one that hosts Contact Sheets (in tabs) and the other is for viewing large Preview images.
Leaving the Preview window is accomplished by either pressing the Escape key or by closing the window via the close button. Opening it up again is accomplished by clicking on the "Magnifying Glass" button that appears over any image that that is capable of viewing large previews by putting your mouse cursor over the thumbnail.
