Sequence numbers missing

I am using the seq number as part of my image file name. 

During a test Ingest i notice gaps in the sequence number and the first photo does not start at the sequence number specified  on the Ingest form.

You haven't given me enough information to begin to solve your problem.  Please see this post and describe your problem in detail. JPEG screen shots of your settings are helpful.
