Flickr upload not working

I have just started having issues uploading images to Flickr from PM. I keep getting... "Unable to upload because: The selected account has not been authorized for use with Flickr.  Please click the Authorize button.". I click Authorize but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

I'm using a Macbook Pro i7 2 GHZ 10.8.7 and Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 15800 (e6ecc1c)

I've just sorted this by deleting the Flickr in PM account and re-installing it.
