PM Tagging and Lightroom's Flagging

Is it possible for the Tagging option in PM to sync to Lightroom's flag option at all? Just a thought.

No, it's not something PM can do.  PM's tag is represented in XMP, which LR ignores, and the Flag in LR is only stored in its database (it does not exist in the XMP metadata).  It would be nice if they would put their Flag in the XMP data or have an option to pick up PM's tag values.
