Migrating pulldowns from PM 4 to PM 5?

I think we've run into a file format issue here.

What we want to do is export preferences (the contents of pulldown menus, particularly) from Photo Mechanic 4.5.4 to Photo mechanic 5.x

The .XPM file exported from my PM 4.5.4 isn't cutting it for the new employee's PM 5. Is there a way to convert the file, or do we just have to build it all from scratch in PM 5 and go from there?

Each of the IPTC field lists can be exported individually.  Open each of the lists up and export them one by one.  Then import them on the PM 5 system.
