The ingest task progress screen jumps behind the main screen and I cannot see the progress any more. Any idea how to get it to stay on top please cos it used to always be on top. Ta

What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?  What OS are you running PM on?

You should be able to get it back by clicking on the Ingest task in the Tasks pane in either the Contact Sheet window or the Preview window.

Thanks Kirk, I'll give it a go next time I download the card. Great programme by the way. I shoot football on a Saturday in the UK. Straight after the match I download the locked in camera files, crop, caption and send straight to the papers sports desk by email and see the reward every Sunday in the press and often again in the Monday edition. Happy days.

Found it! the task sidebar had gone down and off the screen. Now I can see the progress. Its easy when you know how
