Is there a way to make a filter so only images below iso 12800 show up? The only thing I see is "sort by"

Unless you have colour coded or rated them, there's no other option to filter them so sorting would probably be your best option.

I gather it would be a good idea to be able to filter using your sort option like File Type, Camera or Lens, etc.

For instance you could use the method described in this thread to Color Code all photos with ISO < 12800 a certain color:

I put together an example code replacement file that would set the color code to Red.  (Attached)
Then I set my Color Class in an IPTC Stationery Pad to  \{iso}\    (But, I did need to use the build that Kirk has posted in that thread)

Option-clicking on Red in the Color Class widget shows me only the Red coded images.
