Renaming files and incrementing edits
« on: April 25, 2015, 08:36:11 PM »
Hi all,

Just trying to figure out if it is possible to have Photo Mechanic to keep the edited image with the same increment number as the raw and add a alphabetical increment to it within PM.

For example;

image1.raw
image2.raw
image2.edited
image3.raw
>>>>
newfilename1.raw
newfilename2.raw
newfilename2a.tif
newfilename3.raw

Thanks

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're asking about.  What program will be doing the editing?  What program will be producing the derivative files?
