Remove Camera Details From EXIF?

Hi Kirk,

1) Is it possible to remove the camera type from image data.

2) Is it possible to change that (Nikon/Canon) to something else (such as 'Paid Advertising Available').

Not with Photo Mechanic, no.  ExifTool likely could do that though.
