Thanks Kirk - but that is the very first thing I tried, to no avail, sadly.

Would reinstalling likely make any difference?

Hi Nadine,

If you were to get on the line with one of our Support team members to troubleshoot the drive connection, they might be able to see something that can't be deduced on the forum. Do you think that might be possible?
