Export with a matt around photo?

I have to create slideshows in my work and the images have to be 1400 x 750 for the slideshow.  Is there any way to export photos so that the image has a black border to make the canvas that size, but have the photo its original aspect ratio?

No, there is no way to do that from within Photo Mechanic.

If your using Photoshop, you could run an action to do it.
