Loaded Photos and Keywords Have Vanished ---HELP!

Over the weekend we photographed an event with 15000 photos. These have all been keyworded and when I load them into Photo Mechanic I can't see the keywords. (They are in the IPTC keyword field in Photoshop) I can however see the Keywords in Photoshop. What am I doing wrong as I need to load these on to my site asap.

Please post one of your images (and any XMP sidecar file if applicable) here.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your file(s).
