Fuji XT-1 files won't upload during ingest

Since installing FW 4.0 on my Fuji XT-1, I am unable to ingest photos with Photo Mechanic (Version 5.0, build 16438 (e61be25)).  I can import directly into Lightroom CC 2015, but not PM.  Any suggestions?

Are you using a dedicated card reader to mount your camera card on your computer?

Unless your camera supports 'disk mode' then you'll have to use a dedicated card reader for PM to ingest or browse your camera's card.

Yes, Firmware Version 4.0 released by Fuji on June 29th.  I use an iMac and a MacBook Pro with the latest OS.  I have tried both an external reader and the SD slot on the computers.  No files transfer during the ingest, though it does create the folders.  Folders are empty.  Works fine when I import directly to Lightroom.  I never had an issue before the latest Fuji firmware update.

If you open up the card's folders with the Finder, do the images (files) show up?

Well, this is embarrassing.  I always shoot raw, so I didn't notice that the ingest dialog was set to copy non raw photos only.   Not sure how that happened.
