In PhotoShop CC 2015, star ratings set in PM 5 (build 16438) aren't showing up.

What file type(s) are you using?
What do your IPTC/XMP settings look like?

Sorry this took so long...this was rated 4 stars in PM 5.0 (16765) but shows up with no star rating in PS CC 2015.  This is after post-processing and saving from PS, the original rated photo is too large to upload.  :(  Hope this tells you something, otherwise I can send the original some other way.

No.  The image has no XMP rating metadata in it.  I'll need an original, or a scaled image saved from within Photo Mechanic.

OK, scaled from within PM.  Rated 4 stars in PM 5.0 build 16765, no stars in PhotoShop CC 2015.0.1 (20170722.r.168 x64).

The file has XMP metadata which indicates the rating is 4 stars:

xmp:Rating="4"

When I open your image up with my version of Photoshop (CS5) it shows 4 stars.  I'll pass it on to one of the QA guys (they have CC 2015) and see what they come up with.

For the image you provided, the ratings show up fine for me in Photoshop CC 2015 (see screenshot) so I have no idea why you don't see them at your end :(
