Photo Mechanic won't send emails

I'm running Photo Mechanic 5.0, Build 16438 with Windows 7 and Outlook 2010.

Everything worked perfectly, but then I had to restore my computer, and reload Office and Photo Mechanic. The FTP works, but now when I try to email photos directly from the program, I get an error message saying that it is "unable to send email via MAPI."

I have set Outlook as my default mail program for everything through the "Default Programs" setting in the Start menu. All other mail programs work as they should.

What's the fix for this?
