PM not saving star ratings for .RAF after upgrading to new build.

I just upgraded to the latest Windows build of version 5 and rated part of a shoot consisting of both .RAF and .jpg files (not of the same images).  I closed PM and when I opened it later to rate the remaining images I found that the ratings previously given for the .RAFs had vanished.  .jpgs were fine.

Any ideas?

I noticed the same situation as well, using the latest Windows version and Fuji .RAF files. If you go into the preview screen for each, it still has retained the rating and if you scroll through all the images in the preview mode the ratings reappear in the folder view.

We have found the problem and we're working on a fix.  We'll get a new build out as soon as we can.  In the meantime you can downgrade to the previous build here:

Puh, glad that I am not alone with this problem. Here (Win 8.1 x64, lastest PM build) no infos are shown on the contact sheet until I had a look at the IPTC Info of the pictures.

Happy that the issue is already being worked on. Thanks Kirk!

EDIT: downgrading to build 17338 completly wrecked my PM. It won't start anymore :-(

I suggest you uninstall first and then reinstall.

I tried using Lightroom for culling, what a time consuming PITA that was! 

I uninstalled last build of PM and reinstalled the previous without problem too. I was a little concerned I'd loose all my settings, IPTC Stationery Pad etc, but all were there as before.  Kirk will you update this thread when the new build is available with the fix? I'm in no hurry, happy with previous build, but currently ignoring the 'New Version Available' messages when I open PM.
