Wave files wont load or show

Hello im running Pm 5 and i have the new canon 1dx3 my work flow is i lock the picture in back of camera with a caption which i speak ito camera then i ingest pic with voice tag the problem is now the file picture wont ingest or it comes in as a wave file sound but no picture .This is a nightmare for me as i do soccer and i need the numbers for names and at times i dont know the players name cheers Des
