Mass Metadata input from files

I have images in a catalog that have Metadata that is not shown in one of the IPTC Lists. Much of this Metadata is from before PM6+.

The data is shown in the Organizer Browse tab under Metadata.

Is it possible to import the Metadata shown in the Organizer Browse tab into the corresponding PM6+ IPTC list? This would help keep the Metadata consistent (help keeping me from misspelling).

I can go through the lists and input the Metadata to IPTC lists one item at a time. I’m hoping there is a more automatic way.

I am primarily interested in Keywords and Person Shown.
