Is there a way to have 1 catalog as default when you open PM+ As it is now you have to open a catalog when you have started it.
Would be great to have general discussion for PM + as well

The core user base are professional sport photographers in a hurry.  Perhaps they only open PM after a shoot.  So I agree with you Roger, because the core user base is about to change.

I would suggest a new checkbox in Preferences.

The last active catalog(s) when you close PM Plus should still be the active catalog(s) when you launch it again.  I don't understand what is making you have to open a catalog on startup of Photo Mechanic Plus?

Hi Roger,

Could the "Restore Contact Sheets from last session" option in Preferences be of help?

This should preserve any Catalog Browse, Filter and Search result tabs between PM restarts.
