Photo Mechanic Won't Open

My photo mechanic program keeps crashing and not opening. Here is the error message I receive.

I have tried:
Restarting my computer
Deleting and redownloading
Freeing up space
Logged

It looks like the Rosetta environment (emulates Intel applications on Apple Silicon Macs) is either not installed or has become damaged.  For a problem like this, I suggest contacting our support folks at:
