color class label not showing in adobe camera raw
« on: October 10, 2026, 04:05:10 AM »
It's a old problem I have, just trying, if I can make it work, It never did. The color class label in PM 6.0, build 7285 but also 2026.6, build 9175 do not show of
in ACR 18.70.2743. I think I tried everything. Star rating is working, the XMP Files show the right color label, but it does not in ACR. I use photoshop in the german version.
Could that be a problem?

Hi, if you are using a German-language version of ACR, you need to rename the PM colours to German (e.g., Red to Rot).

Hi, to be honest, it's been a long time since I've used Adobe Bridge or ACR, as I always use Lightroom for my post-processing.

I've played around with adding colour labels in Bridge and ACR, and I still think your issue is an inconsistency in how PM and Adobe name the colours.

Do you have the names of the colour matching between PM and ACR?

You set ACR colours in Bridge settings.

Also, PM has the option to set colours to the Bridge setting, but not sure how that will work if you're using a German version of PS

Thank you Alex, I don't use Adobe Brigde. Interesting, if you have to set the colors there. I will try.
