file location for saved IPTC stationery pads

I am using PM vers. 4.5.3.1, on Windows Vista.
Over time, I have saved many different stationery pad settings, but I don't know where they are saved.  Whenever I opened the Save or Load dialog, it just opened the correct folder that had my saved settings.  But today it opened my "Downloads" folder instead.  I tried searching my computer for .iptc files and .xml files, but I can't find any.
Where can I find them? (assuming I didn't somehow erase them)

You could always use the Windows search feature and look for files ending in .IPT or .XMP which are the two formats for the IPTC Stationery Pad.

I tried that but it didn't help.  Perhaps they all got erased somehow.

My Vista computer saves the .iptc & .xml files here:

C:\Users\Owners Folder\Documents\Photo Mechanic IPTC

Where 'Owners Folder' is the name of your computer. I don't remember if this was a Photo Mechanic default folder or if I set it up that way a couple of years ago. Sure hope you can find those settings.
