YOUR PROGRAM HAS A PROBLEM
« on: November 22, 2014, 06:42:29 AM »
Seems PM running in Windows 7 64 bit  on a imac  Yosemite via Parallels does not ingest sound files in .jpg mode or Raw or both .

Also.. a suggestion for your guys in San Diego .....

If they can make sorting via a sound file attached to said picture .... i know it gives a tiny sound graphic in the thumb view.. its too small, and to hard to search for ( when said program actually ingests the sound file )

still the best photo edit program out there next to Reuters Paneikon.

Can't help you with this one, but I'm sure Kirk can.

You should already be able to sort on files having an attached sound file :)
The variable {sound} evaluates to 1 if the file has sound, and 0 if it doesn't. So if you create a custom sort on this variable, you can achieve what you want!

Hope this helps,

I have never heard of this one before.  Ingest copies just about all file types it encounters.  If you look at the card with Windows Explorer, are the WAV files listed?

Is there some reason you're not running the Mac version of Photo Mechanic on your iMac?

Mike: EDIT Menu: "select photos with Audio", then "VIEW Selected" (F2).
Not a one stepper, but close....
